Hi I bought a Chinese Turbillon and everything was going fine until I dropped it, after I dropped it whenever I wine it up the needle we just been really fast until there’s no more wine in it, I opened it and I poked around but did not fix it, now it’s jammed, I poked the little crab hand that goes tick-tock tick-tock, I think you call it The escapment, I was hoping someone can take it and fix it for me, it will be a great content for your video, or let me know what I can do, thanks.

That is not a tourbillon (which cost in the thousands), it's just the balance visible from the top, sometime called "open hearth".
Normally Chinese movements are not repairable but you should be able to buy a new movement for about EUR 15, and a complete watch for maybe 5 more.

You are correct, I apologize for the confusion. Below another picture. Unfortunately that makes the situation even worse for the OP, as no parts are available anyway, and most reputable watchmaker won't work on these, so good luck repairing it.
IMHO that money would have been better spent on a quality Japanese or Swiss watch.
