It will probably need pressing out from the inside with a crystal press.

Something like a Robur press and dies

Sometimes It's best to use the aluminium dies rather than the felt covered bakelite ones, as the top dies are more for using with acrylic crystals, but I have used them on flat mineral glass when pressing out of and into a case

Sorry... I didn't read your post properly for it being a one case, so a press obviously won't work... doh!

hello

i removed the split stem crown and everything just fall apart , gaskets , retaining rings and the crystal . No pump / syringe needed at all

That sounds really odd! Would you be able to post some pictures showing how the crown holds everything together? I am really struggling to imagine how that works.

Hi  I too fail to comprehend, as the stem has no control over the bezel or glass, I can understand if it was a loose  fit and manhandling the watch to remove the split stem you have managed to dislodge the bezel,  I should check carefully when reassembling the bezel and case that the bezel is tight.

as far as i removed the crown ,oring , crystal retaining ring and the crystal itself immediately fall off

I'm guessing you loosened everything up when removing the rotating bezel and spring, and manipulating the crown and split stem did the rest. Does the movement come out of the front now?

Now that makes sense, after the stem was removed bezel removed and the crystal fell out. I wouldn't have thought the crystal was such a slack fit.  Now the movement should come out the front of the case, right.
