KIF Satellor shock system

I am trying to replace a KIF top block on a balance cock. The part is 3-3559. But this part is obsolete. Is there a suitable alternative that could be used and if so how do I go about determining the correct part. I look forward to your responses. Many thanks.

Maybe you could find a donor watch. I saw that voumard movements have Kif satellor spring . That i have a few lying around. BUt if they use the complete upper top block? 

What movement should it be for . Maybe easier to find a donor movement?

Thought it was a Record 652 . When seaching for KIF 3-3359 that movement came up . Nothing on Record on Jules  Borel  i am afraid. Do you need the complete upper bloc or just the spring? The spring you can buy on Cousinsuk.
