I didn't read your post correctly and then scrolled down to the photos and spent several seconds trying to figure out how you photoshopped it in and tweaked it to give that grainy effect till I went back and read your post again.

That's a pretty cool statue.

Maybe someone was happy to have found his lost Tissot watch.
And Tissot likes to place their name on things

My guess is that the artist who designed the watch was from Lisboa and they are proud of him or her or they or them ect.
