That's correct, as JerseyMo says parts would be extra. You can always ask them to let you know how much more it will cost if parts are needed. I used to say to the customer if parts are needed I will phone you.1 point

About another 1.5 hour downtime again this morning (from 3am UK time) and managed to sort out all the problems. The website is now upgraded and secure again. If you were kicked off while I worked on it - I apologise.1 point
