Hi everyone,

Any insights if the pushers for the omega speedmaster reduced case 175.0032 are screw-on or push-on?

Looking to buy my first tool to remove pushers and wanted to get the right one to fix a family watch.

In case it is a screw-on, is the size on the picture the one I should look when buying a tool remove pusher?

These pushers do not seem to be original, though.

Horotec tool does not have 3.2mm size on pushers (at least not on CounsinsUK)

Many thanks

Claudio

Why you want to remove/replace these?
This watch is from a friend that had to replace the pushers some years ago due due to a car acidente where the original pushers were damaged. After putting new ones on a local watchmaker, the buttons came out a couple years latter and he lost both buttons, the springs and the gaskets. I only have the screws and the part that is fitted in the case.

I would consider to leave them if I could find the parts sold separately, i. e. buttons, springs and all necessary gaskets.

Or maybe buy new complete ones and just use the parts missing. But to order it I would assume I have to remove it first to measure. Would you know how to order some pushes that the buttons could fit without removing these?
Many thanks

As long as it is Omega pushers you should be able to use the parts from those. The original pushers are pressfit . Yours look like they are missing both gaskets and the small washer that holds the gaskets in place. You need a pusher that has Omega number 086ST0079 if your case is stainless steel.
