Extra parts

Hi

I just finished servicing a Illinois 12s #404 P/W my problem is I have an extra part. They say confession is good for the soul, I wonder if it's good for the watch?

Anyway does anyone know where this goes? I have a nice red arrow pointing to it.

I can't see well. Is that a washer that goes between the dial and the center wheel on the movement or whatever it's called ? I've also seen washers being placed on certain wheels...

Is it part number 750 winding wheel hub washer

The only washer listed for a 404 is a winding wheel hub washer or in English " Crown wheel" so it either fits in the crown wheel recess on top before the crown wheel screw is put in place or it fits underneath between the plate and wheel.
