My Father has come across a watch he's never seen before.  Knowing I tinker, learn and hobby, he's asked me for help but I can find nothing.  I'll quote the Old Boy:

"It says it's a Franciso Amphibian and it looks like a diver watch.  It has a screw-down crown, a screw-on back and three faces, all on the left. It's mechanical and possibly automatic.  The face is grey".

I'm not seeing him for a bit but should be able to attach photo's later this evening.

I can find "Amphibia" watches, but nothing "Francisco"?

I don't know.  I was able to get a couple of snaps with my mobile (not great)...  It seems solid and well made but I cannot shake the feeling it's a cheap, fashion make?

I think it's one of those "fashion" more or less cheap watches made by obscure brands that most likely houses a miyota inside or perhaps something chinese.

I've attached a couple more pic, just for interest; this time of the mechanism.  I know the engraving hasn't shown well but it reads (through a magnifier)

Moricka, Tokei Inc, No Jewels, Japan - and some other stuff that's too faint to see.

Not heard of this one before?
