Omega 1342

Hi.

New to forum so unsure what happens.

I just inherited an Omega 1342 in a mess. I've replaced the battery and got it running but the crystal is broken. I have no idea where to source one let alone how to fit it. I would welcome any help or assistance offered.

Then you should have a crystal 063TN5328. And a gasket 098-0149 . You could search google or cousinsuk with the number. 

Or you can just buy a generic mineral crystal in the right size on cousinsuk. 

On cocusisnuk it is restricted? Which mean you can't buy if you haven't  a special account?

Thanks for the time you have given answering my question. I have tried to source the parts from cousinuk. As you said they are restricted parts and not available to me. I have however had a quote from an online repairer who wants £86 pounds or $106.00 US to fit said crystal, this is not going to happen. Can you not find an after market or generic part for Omega spares? As a last resort I may have to sell this for spares. Any ideas.

If you're not fixated about authenticity you can use a generic crystal which cost less than £5.
