Ah yeah, I have that too, page loads to my bank page where I login, and then enter the requested code number, since I did this,  the page went back to cousins with this page..

Just for the record, I have updated my c/c account with the correct address and the payment was accepted.

I had the same problem this morning, i have resolved it by changing my address.

I have removed my apartment number and that works.

I had similar problem last night and found it was my anti-virus with banking protection that was blocking the Cousins site.  Once I had 'allowed' the Cousins site all went through ok.
