Hello Bryn the basics are ok but if you intend to stick at this hobby I can't stress the importance of good tweezers, stainless and brass and screw drivers . That being said you'll  accumulate many tools as you go along and you'll buy things because you think that will come in handy even if you never use it. You will become overcome with a kind of O.C.D for all things small and mechanical but every time you see a balance wheel spring to life you'll get a sense of overwhelming pride in yourself. So have fun ask any question even if you think it's stupid it often isn't, there's always someone here to help and post pictures of your projects.
