I did that many times with scarce results, because of that I asked your direct references specifically for the problem presented by the OP.

Gleave and co list a  1.40 x 0.15 x 350 x ∅11.5 which may be the nearest match and suitable.

is this a Lemania calibre  your sourcing the mainspring for ?
