Epilame smell

I was just treating some parts with Epilame( Episurf Neo) and it hit me: this stuff smells exactly like an army surplus store!

I've no idea what an army surplus store smells like.

Kind of musty and old canvas.     Used to Ger some great stuff from the Army, Navy stores.

Ha! I have never smelled Epilame but I know exactly the smell you mean. Dusty old canvas & nylon, with hints of iron rust.

I've never smelled petunia oil, but I was from an army logistics base in my reservist days and am familiar with the smells of the various stores.

My epilame just smells of some solvent. Has your epilame gone off?

Probably patchouli oil? If you ever went near a goth in the 80s, you've smelled it.
