balance wheel the escape wheel can't move itself

Hi All,

my watch - raketa (2624 movement)

Now the escape wheel can't move itself. If i blow air to balance wheel, the second hand can move .

I have reinstall the click from mainspring barrel and the setlever and clutch lever.

The other parts is unchanged.

is it a problem about release all energy of the mainspring? How can i restore it?

Remove hands dial and have the movement out of the case remove the balance complete and pallets, make sure the train runs free, with these old Russian watches they have different length screws so make sure you have the correct screws for the parts. Are the pivots good and not bent what about the jewels you need to check everything.

With the balance removed and the watch wound, does the pallet snap back and forth?

You need to know at least the basics. Then the questions that You ask will begin to make sense.

From what is seen on the video, the gear train and escapement look fine, but the balance doesn't rotate free. I can suppose that the thin gold colored shim that must stay under the balance cock is not in place.

yes, there are 2 piece brass shim under the balance cock.

When i pry the balance cock a little bit, the balance wheel rotate free!

So how can i fix it?

The lack of end shake is huge, you must be lifting the balance by at least 0.5 mm. Is the upper cap jewel the correct way around?
