I'm a sucker for these 70s designs. 1975 Seiko DX

Recommended Posts

Went to my local jeweler to ask about repairing a case and this guy followed me home. I couldn't resist the iridescent dial and cool 70s shape.

1975 (my birth year!) DX. Time sets, day and date quickset properly, and it runs after giving it a few spins. Seems like $25 well spent!

I also love the inscription on the back.

I even found it in the 1975 Seiko USA catalog.

Haha- there's maybe no winning with that one- best answer is she got him a new watch and rid of the wedding watch?, second best-they separated. Let's not go to third- haha
