Felsa 4033 identify part

Hi everyone 

I'm re-assembling a Felsa 4033 but don't have a tech spec for it. 

Can you please help identify this part? Initially I thought it was part of the setting lever mechanism, but it is not. 

Does anyone have the tech spec for Felsa 4033 with assembly sequence?

Hi. Setting lever,        Check with cousins uk.  Document down loads they have plenty of service sheets available.

The setting lever is screwed in (not this part) and it is already assembled with the setting lever screw. The setting lever mechanism is already in place and function well without this part. 

Yes, I checked before the tech specs on CousinsUK, but they only have the Felsa 4000 (no date). The 4000 does not seem to have this part.

Not fully assembled yet. Still have to assemble the auto winding and date mechanisms.

It was apparently used on a number of Felsa calibers, this is a 4007.
