Today's question is about replacing a broken crystal on a Diver's Watch ( Rolex Submariner in this case ).  Is it best practice to place the nylon seal in the case first and then press in the new crystal or press in the new crystal and seal together ?

Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike,

I don't know why no one has replied to your question, but the gasket goes in first and then the crystal.

The reason could be that the question was asked in "Lathes for Watchmakers / Mini Lathes & Jacot tools and all related". Nevertheless, thanks for your reply!
