Pocket watch movement

Is there any way to identify this? It doesn't have a name. Just that number.

Probably not. That's one dirty movement and you're missing a jewel.

Yeah. It part of a pile of pocket watch movements/cases. It looks like someone took them all apart to scrap the cases? I'm not sure. But I thought maybe there were complete watches in there if I could figure out which parts went where.

This one is labeled but I don't know enough to tell if it's missing parts. Or what the case might look like.

Unfortunately for a  watch at that age the case would of been scrapped.  Replacement parts are pretty much impossible to find as they weren't interchangeable.

Hi the dirty one is what’s known as a five bar movement, French or Swiss, the top one of the other two has a stamp JW.  Could be John Wycherley getting parts etc would be hard work indeed.     Many movements were scrapped off for the silver cases, Sad really
