Being a laboratory manager for the past 16 years and surrounded by students (undergrad, grad, post-doc and professors) I find I need to fix about a dozen forceps each year and use an Arkansas stone.  This is not mine but thought others might enjoy this good tutorial I found on Youtube-

I wasn't aware of this process. I've lost several parts. I googled "dressing tweezers" and came up with the same video. I was using Rodico when dressed tweezers would have served the purpose. I've a lot to learn.
