What Movement Is This ?

Haven't seen this before ?  Didn't find anything on ranfft movements .It looks like an E with 22 under . 15 jewels . Very tight build . 11,5 " and subsecond .

If you look at this page http://forums.watchuseek.com/f11/swiss-makers-marks-221583.html, it looks very much like the mark for Ebosa.
