Sorry only info I know of is on Google, check "le phare repeater"

Here is a Le Phare. A fine and rare 18ct gold open face perpetual calendar moon phase chronograph minute repeater keyless wind pocket watch.  Est price at auction US$ 23,000 - 29,000

I hope your friend has it insured.

It's not quite the same quality but yes, must be worth thousands.
