Longines Question

I have a Longines 19AS 14K watch and the winding stem is broken.  What is the best way to find the stem number for the replacement?

New to the watch repair.  I have taken 30 watches apart and put back together and now feel like I am ready to start learning How to find 

parts to make a watch whole again.

And of course there's ebay. Often if several parts are needed to get a movement back up and running it is worth looking out for a 'spares or repair' item from the same movement family than try and source various individual parts.
