Omega Cal 348: Correct position for removing stem?

Hello, I need to take apart my constellation 2782 with caliber 348 as the hands crossed and it stopped. Does anyone know in which position I should put the crown before removing the stem? I want to avoid keyless mess.

I almost always leave the stem in the winding position, apart from for some Seikos.
