Hi @adenfulton ...the 'R' and 'A' on the regulator are just the initials to indicate 'retard' and 'avance' i.e. the French words to indicate which way to move the regulator to slow or speed up the balance wheel oscillation.

As @watchweasol says, if you can get some decent photos posted we'll try and identify for you.

Jawöhl, fotos!  Let's see some pictures.  With the "R" and "A" on the regulator, we may start with an assumption that it was engraved for the European and Scandanavian markets, but that encompasses many possibilities.  The word "Ultra" rings no bells with me either.  Only pictures will help us at this point.  And if you should see any other marks, on the base plate under a bridge or balance cock, hiding in a corner, please photograph them too.
If you already have it partly disassembled, photos of the dial-side of the base plate may also reveal clues.
Would it happen to have a Swiss-style bar movement?  Can you tell if it has a lever escapement or if it may have a cylinder escapement?  We will also need to see how it winds (by key or crown) and sets (by key, pin, button, lever, or crown). A hunter case, or open (since that will tell us of the orientation of the movement in the case, if same movement has a variation which can be cased differently).  I am sure the watch has a story to tell us; we have but to read it correctly and thoroughly as we can.
