Not really a repairer just interested in watches. Found an old army watch which belonged to my Dad and set about cleaning it a few years ago. I got a few basic tools for fitting batteries and replacing straps but my skills are very limited. I install batteries for friends and family and seniors in our area to keep the costs down, I'm the go to guy at our local Men in Sheds woodworking group for minor work and cleaning etc.

Hopeing to get some advice from the team here on a problem I have with a watch belonging to an 80 year old close friend, will take some pics and post soon.
