Case restoration gold plated case.

Hi everyone I have a Nivana gold plated case, OK so it was once a nice gold plated, but over the years sweat and acid has eaten into the case. 

Does anyone know where I might get it re done and brought back to life, I know its not really worth it, but I would like it done if possible, as it was given to me by a friend.

This place does them in Chesterfield.  Of course, I don't know where in the world you are.

I've not used them but I did contact them once and they quoted around £70 to refinish a watch case.

Thanks for this. I'm from Chesterfield originally, and that is about three miles from my parents' house. The one case I have had replated (5 microns yellow gold) so far was at Replate-It in Montreal. https://www.replateit.com

They did a good job, but shipping was a quarter of the cost and it was a pain with the German Customs & Excise when it was re-imported.

Replate-It is great but it depends from where you ship. For me, it's a perfect place as it's 2h from here by car. I'm sure there are similar ones in europe.
