Hi.   I have a vintage roamer waterproof case type.  It opens from the bottom.  Snap type caseback. It has a split-stem.   And i cleaned it and all.   But when i tried to close the case.  It's so loose that the case back holding the movement doesn't close with the top part of the case.   Also there's this metal ring.  Which i don't know where that should go.

Please help me out.

Thanks in advance

If you examine the ring closely its a crystal tension ring that someone just rigged.

The movement fits inside the back plate (like you show in picture)over which fits the bezel.

Roamer anifibio it is, right?  One of my favourate brands, the movement is in-house made some MST caliber, Swiss brevet.

Hi.   The model number inside is 130 430.  I also need a replacement glass.  If the ring is crystal tension ring.  Then how to put it back.

According to the roamer parts manual.  The glass is x7130.  I don't know which glass to buy.  Can someone search this up and tell the link please.   I'm very confused.  Too many options on cousins but i don't know which one to buy.  Step glass or no step glass?

Thanks again

Unfortunately this part is listed as obsolete, but you have a good description to continue your search:

Roamer X7130 Glass (29.20 x 0.61 x 5.10mm)

MSTX7130

Crystal tension ring is not a technical neccessity, it just aestetic, just to sit there and look pretty, so you can even use a cheap generic crystal.

You can push the crystal out and measure its diameter and height, should you choose a crystal with tension ring you then need a crystal press tool as the ring jumps out if you tried installing with regulare claw tool.

I would just throw this broken ring away, in the very unlinkely event the movement is loose inside the case, you might use a rubber O-ring gasket to take any slack out.
