rotary quartz needs spares

 Trying to fix my own watch.

need a +ve battery contact for a rotary watch (515 movement ..I think)

 one jewel, quartz movement.

 see pics .

 Cousins are not helpful at all.

 Any help please.

 been looking on ebay for broken ones.

You think so? They are the only onese I know selling a cheap assortment of positive clamps. Although one can do these with a soda can and scissors.

The movement is actually a Ronda 785. Cousins lists quite a lot of spare parts for this calibre, or you can buy the whole movement for between £10 and £17 (+vat and shipping) depending on which variant you need, or as little as £5.99 + £3 shipping on eBay.

s mentioned above by jdm the clamps are easily made but Cousins do an assortment and the price of a replacement as quoted by Marc Its hardly worth the bother so I would change the movement for new. at least you will have a runner.
