Hi @mcoulton, I was looking at the manual and my own fotos to understand you problem. I wasn't sure I follow. But to be sure: when you write "Hour Hammer Counter Wheel is pinned to the Calendar Bridge", are you saying that it's stuck to the bridge? It shouldn't (it should come off easily, actually -- worst case, the pivot is bent). You'd install the wheel onto the main plate, position the hammers/locks and then put the calendar bridge. I found this video quite good, time stamp added to the assembly of the hour counting wheel:

One of the problems with Elma baskets if you look on their website it doesn't specify what they're made from. But I was under the impression they were stainless steel and they should not have rust. One of the unfortunate problems with Elma cleaning machines are that they have been cloned and I'm not sure how well the cloned baskets are made other than their cheap.

Hi there, which cleaning fluids are you using? I think that's the key to the answer. Normally they shouldn't rust.

Finally got this machine finished Taller jars to allow spin drying and a new neater box for the electrics. Not included a drying option yet, any suggestions 🤔

The odd time that i have slotted a screw head, was using a 15mm 0.2mm diamond disk. Gently hammered the screw into a 6mm timber rod, then fed that into the cutting disk. The timber helps to stabilise and keep the disk on track with the screw centre.
