Saturday, Time For Brunch!

Recommended Posts

Well, Saturday morning is our time for brunch:

Kind of a Miami sort of meal with some interesting variations...

Interesting how some potatoes and other stuff can make a hearty meal!

When I was over in LA I found my son was using Virgin coconut oil and I got converted. Don't know where they found all the Virgin coconuts though, definitely none in Geordieland though, like the old joke goes if it was down to us we would not have Christmas.

Coconut oil holds a high temperature and tastes good as well. Great for stir fry and lots of other stuff. I have never tried avocado oil though. Will seek it out.

I like the look of everything there and that's what I call a meat feast.

Cheers, Vic
