Hi , my name is Gary and I live in the UK’s most remote outpost , Shetland Isles. Its is a gruelling 14 hour ferry trip over the North Sea from Aberdeen Scotland. It’s dark all day winter and light all day summer.

I have an interest in late 80’s early 90’s Tag Heuer quartz watches, originally ignited through enjoying motorsport and seeing  Heuer sponsorship. 
Iam probably going to pick some of your brains with daft questions , as you can imagine there are no watchmakers up here to visit.
I hope you are all surviving through our current unprecedented times.

      Yep, i pulled that up as well when i was looking,  there is definitely parts out there if you are prepared to go out and find them.  I watched that video years ago, I'm not so sure about probing the coil like that. If you are going to touch the coil use the side of the probe or at least shape a nice round end to it.

      Hi. In the picture not only does it depict that the wheel is bent but also the plate or is that due to th angle of the picture.  Already received very good advise so I will butt out.
