Amazing work, 

I have same watch running great and looks amazing.. Well until i cracked plexi

Can someone please advise where i can get similar type plexiglass that would fit this watch?

I’m in the same boat, looking for a replacement crystal .

Also wondering if the inner steel “armored ring” around the dial is part of the original crystal or a separate piece. Mine is split.

I have never replaced a crystal on a Timex but it does not look like unusual.. Remove the broken one measure and replace.

yes, the ring is part of the crystal.  it should not be cracked.  look for crystal with compression ring.

no but most Timex range between 30 - 31 mm
