Baume

Hey trying to get into this Baume watch. I have removed the glass. and it had no stem. but it refuses to be removed.It feels like its attached.I thought the back should come off,but if it does i have not had any luck.

Anyone else had this problem before and if so how do i get at it?

As often mentioned. Go around the back edge, carefully with a sharp blade until you can remove it. Once it's off there can be casing screws to remove.

The back does not come off and its not held by screws. Couple of little slots that let you ease the movement out.

Its a geneva sport watch calibre 50.

Anyone got any sheets on it besides the one on ranfft.

Then remove hands and dial, somehow it has to leave from the top.

Hi Gary     from the pictures I would surmise that the back is removable but judging by the dial size the movement comes out through the front either by removing the crystal or removing the bezel and crystal.  once the back is off you will probably find.     the screws securing the movement to the case.   I am unable to locate at present any technical info on the Geneva sport 50 other than Ranfft.         Cheers
