Out of curiosity can someone recommend one single book that covers most (if not all) of the repairs for watches ? Would this be a candidate ?

I also have a copy of Practical Watch Repairing by Donald De Carle and from a beginner's perspective I think the Henry Fried volume is more comprehensive.  I throw it open to the more experienced members for their opinion...

    both books are good,     get more books.    when you become a "master mechanic"    sell um.   or save them for old age.  vin
