Dear all,

When refitting sub dial hands to a chronograph, do they have to be synchronised in any way, or can they just be put back on without worrying about anything. Thanks, Frank.

If it's mechanical, you want the chronograph zeroed. Then the hands are placed in their zero positions. If quartz, you want to get them lined up on an index, but as far as I know all quartz chronos have a means to then zero out the hands from there.

Not this one. That's a mechaquartz there. 24 hour dial needs to line up with 24 with the main hands set at 12am. 60 minute minute counter need to line up with 60 with the chronograph reset. Constant seconds at 6 push it in which ever way just line it up with any index.
