seiko automatic mainspring

Hello all, I am working on a seiko 6619. The mainspring came out of the barrel easy enough.Are there any chants or incantations I can use to get it back in?

I use a spring winder. You can wind it back in by hand if carful. This is a vid to show how. However I was never 100% successful without the winder.PS Notice the guy does not lubricate the barrel rim with a breaking grease.

Yeah I guess I will have to break down and buy one. I did try to do it by hand..but since I only have two of them,it didn't work out very well.thanks.
