  1. My father was a royal navy pilot and when he passed I received his old beat up lemania monopusher service watch. It is missing a stem and crown for sure, but I am hoping that the movement itself is still in workable condition and would like to try and get it repaired if at all possible. There are no decent people in my area who I would trust with it and was hoping to get some recommendations on who might be experienced and qualified to work on this time piece.   4. You should see a blue collar on the staff witch indicates friction fit,it should be pivot 12 therefore it will be a Ronda 2525 and cousins sell them for about £6 I have used them and they are good. Hope this helps Kaz Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. I was thinking that maybe the mainspring was slipping?? It’s a confusing statement and I’m pretty sure they’re mixing up at least one or more of their terms. Or, they’re just trying to scam you.....and there’s nothing wrong. Or user error. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
