Gucci YA 126512

Hi the back face of this gucci watch fell off (no idea how that happened). I sent the watch to Gucci and they charged me an obscene amount of money (basically almost the price of the watch) to fix it. I would love to hear some alternate solutions for a fix. Is there a place where i can get the exact dimensions of the back? Where can i get a spare for this? Is it possible to machine a replacement part (or 3d print it). THanks to all in advance
