Dear Members and experts,

I bought Tissot Le Locle watch from one of the shop brand new and I believe the watch was genuine. I do not wear that watch so I usually wind it to work. Start from a few weeks ago, it makes clicking (like pinions are not engaging) noise when I am winding the watch. Before that was happened I noticed that when I winding the watch the whole rotor is spining is that normal? So I would like to know what is wrong with it and what should I do? Thank you.

Not normal, that indicates that the mechanism that decouples the hand winding from the rotating weight is stuck and/or faulty.

If the watch is authentic that's is easy  to tell based on price paid, looks and accessories.

In any case return it for a refund.
