Certina Automatic

Whilst removing the stem of this Certina Automatic the head of the screw broke off. Could anyone tell me the best way to remove it. Drilling I fear would probably destroy the the threads. Any suggestions on how I should proceed?

Are you going to service the watch? If so you can take it apart  the screw is probably stuck in the setting lever. Either you can remove it or it's stuck. Put the setting lever in some oil and let it soak. Then try to remove it. If that doesn't work you will have to find a new setting lever and screw.
