First make sure you let it down. As I'm looking at it it’s the lever at around 10. You will then need to unscrew the disc in the centre, I cannot remember which way. When you have removed the large barrel, it will be just like any other P/W movement.

Just be carefull as some time when removing the barrel the spring can still be attached to the arbor, you have to wangle it so the spring stays in the barrel and not fly out.

I did have two pin adjustable tool for this type of job. I have never seen another, not even on ebay. You could try a pair of small round nose pliers or a pair of old tweezers, grind them right down so they just fi in the holes.  I can’t remember about the bezel.
