What is the name of the tool I would use to unscrew this screw so I can remove the mainspring barrel?  This off an antique Trenton 0s watch movement.  The goal would be to buy one off eBay.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

Okay guys, thanks a million for the input and suggestions.  My Dad, years ago, gave me his little box of watch tools.  In that box used to be a round tube type tool with two round nubs in the bottom and a T handle.  I have since misplaced it and I'm pretty sure that's what it was used for as well.  Anyway, this was a two prong problem.  I do need to get the 'screw' off and I was trying to know the correct terminology of that kind of screw and the tool used for it.

At a different level, I wonder why such a screw was thought to be better.  I guess it makes sense given that so many of those big flat screws get  buggered up.

Anyway, thank you for the come backs!

If you want to search on line for a tool, then these are known as snake eye or pig nose screws.

However, you will find it much cheaper, and probably quicker to file a slot in an old screwdriver and round off the remaining prongs.

Thank you so much StuartBaker104!  That was the key piece of info I needed.  "Snake Eye" led me to spanner screwdrivers.  I found a small size set on Amazon.  We'll see how that works.  I did try to make a tool out of a small pair of needle nose pliers. Tweezers would have been better probably as they are more vertical but at the end of the day I'm not real good at making tools.  Lake of patience.   :)  I did remove the snake eye 'nut' but the pliers were less than ideal to use.   Anyway, many thanks to all!
