Hello to all ladies and gentlemen.

My name is Matheus, I'm from central Brazil (a land of few watchmakers). I'm not really an enthusiast, not a hobbist, not a watchmaker either. Just a guy who inherited a nice watch from grandpa that needs a new set of hands, so I'm here looking for advise and help. I'm a zoology and biochemistry lecturer at Pontifical University of Goias, working with biodiversity of extinct and extant vertebrates, and biochemistry/toxinology of animal venoms.

The challenge I face I'll explain on a more appropriate thread on this forum.
