Setting levers marked with D 500 520

Haven't  got a clue  which movement it could be. Durowe or Dugena or Derby?  Also have a box marked 110 112. Can't find a derby with movement number 500 .

Top photo is a setting lever spring off a 10.5 L FEMGA 500 a 520 setting lever spring would look almost identical wether the two are interchangeable i dont know

I guess that could be a D for Dama then. That should be the same as Femga 500 .
