Incoming Tissot 31-1 with broken bumper spring. Where do i find a new spring . The Tissot movement has some similarities to Omega bumber movement. Would such a spring works on this?

I would be very urprised if bumper springs from the 350 series of Omegas don't fit.  I'm pretty sure the Tissot you have is a re-badged Omega.  It's well worth. Taking the gamble Roger, and even if it doesn't fit, buy a spring of the guage and diameter and make one.  All they are are a compression spring with the first coil bent at 90 degrees to the coil.

PS. I love these movements!

Great advice from Geo. An alternative may be AS bumper springs. On your Tissot 31-1 they look similar to the AS 1302 or 1191 (which a cursory look at Cousins seems to show they are available and listed as "banking stop springs").
