Skx007 crystal swap

Hello , im new to the forum . And new to watch service and maintenance. I have a skx007 and i want to swap the original crystal for a sapphire double domed . The questions are, Is worth it? Will the swap affect the original water resistance specification?

If you do it right the water resistance will be as it was before. You should have it pressure tested to be sure?

My personal opinion if that counts?  I don't think it's worth it? It's up to you alone?

Thanks for the opinion. I know is gonna look better, but I'm looking for performance by swapping to a "better" crystal

Have done it a couple of times. If you have a good crystal press it should be no problem . Change the gasket also. Bought them from cousinsuk for £8.
