Is this a Kif spring? KIF Flector? Is it just to turn to loose it? Have the tools for it i think? But hesitate before i now how to do it properly?

Little bugger that? Not the most clever constuction? But figured it out i hope? Twist it a little and then lift it in one end very very  gentle.

I think it will try to "climb" over the "housing" once you turn and one of the lobes find the indentation. Just like the Seiko but with 4 lobes...kind of. I'm not good at explaining, hope you get the picture. Careful don't break it or let it go - use the tool or pegwood -- they tend to spring away...Very important to keep this in mind also when re-assembling.

A broken spring gives a weird pattern in the timegraph.

Feels like they where a hinged? One of the ends has a little hook? Look at the picture in full size you see the small groove and on the other side It's larger?  Doesn't look like a normal KIF spring? Maybe it's some kind of Rolex type?

Looking like this? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rolex-Watch-Part-Cal-1530-incabloc-kif-its-spring-7934-/131776789889?hash=item1eae823d81

You are right it is hinged but it slides on the "hinge". So it might not jump after all. You still turn it, though. It's been a long time...
