Staking set punch holes

Some of my staking set punches and the pallet stakes from my jewelling set have broken pivots in the holes.

Does anyone know a neat way to remove these or do I have to look out for replacements?

I have the same issue on the really small holes & I have never resolved getting the holes clear. However I just use a stump fitted to a clear hole. I have considered using alum but I am worried it corrodes the main plate.

No way to drill them out... The lever stake holes are only 0.12 and 0.18mm in diameter. Even if I had drills, the pivots would be hard.

I just checked Cousins and punches are only £3 each to replace, but the lever stakes are £11 each!
