need some recommendations for tools

I have started the chicago watch makers course as I can't find a watch maker in Melbourne, Australia  that I can make rich by paying them to pass their skills on to me (if any are on here, please sing out).

I'm mainly an elgin guy and started working on a size 12 grade 293 for the course. I have been buying tools on and off during the time I've been collecting watches but found today I need a few more to "skill up".

so I'm after advice on a "decent" but not "break the budget" of the following tools ?

  • Main spring winder
  • Pliers brassed lined for cannon pinnion (or other recommendation)
  • Bench key (mainly for Elgin/Waltham pocket watches)

I know I could most likely buy them from china for peanuts but to be honest, the quality ain't there.

I'm sure as I progress I'll find more tools of needing, thanks in advance for your knowledge.
