Tag Heuer WK1113.0 spares.

Hiya all, I am currently returning a Tag Heuer WK 1113-0 back to its former glory and all I need is a crown and end link. I was wondering if anyone had them and if so how much? P.S I have been doing a fair bit of gold plating recently and have done some work for some watch repair shops if anyone needs any doing? Only of course if I am not treading on anyone's toes as that's the last thing I would want to do.
